Exploring Healthcare Nursing Leaders’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices in relation to racism in mainstream health care settings in New South Wales (NSW).

This was an ECR research proposal for submission to the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) Research Grant Scheme. We were a team of four academics at CSU Faculty of Science and Health. The application was rejected by the CSU Research Department in March 2023 and so could not go further to ACI. It did not meet the 10-day submission dates to the CSU Research department and it was termed to be not robust enough to be competitive for external funding from ACI.
