The Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards are selected and presented once every two years to establish a credible, recognized, authoritative and valuable publishing award for the industry. Through an open application process and a fair, impartial and professional selection process and mechanism, the awards are given to recognize and commend outstanding Hong Kong publications, authors and publishing teams, with a view to raising the standard of publishing.
