There were 36 CSU researchers initially classified as top 2% of researchers globally. 23 of the 36 were ranked in the top 1% for their discipline worldwide and among all, Geoff Currie had the highest ranking as a percentile of his world-wide discipline group (0.114%).
• He ranked 7th highest in Australia for all nuclear medicine and radiology (same position as last year)
• He ranked 3rd highest in Australia limited to nuclear medicine only and was the only Australian nuclear medicine scientist ranked
• He ranked 132nd out of 116246 for all nuclear medicine and radiology globally (top 0.114%) up from top 0.207% last year
