Abstract
An RFID middleware system and a reader step filtering supporting method are provided to efficiently process a query requested from an application.CONSTITUTION: A query plan module(220) establishes a query plan about the query registered in the RFID middleware. A registration query storage(240) stores the registered query. A query converting module(230) converts a format of the query transmitted to the reader to enable the reader to recognize the query. A data collecting module(260) receives the tag data transmitted from the reader. A query processing module(250) carries out the query and produces the result. The query processing module reports the generated result to the application program.
