N2 - In this paper, we present a novel approach for caching large data sets. We make a similarity graph and rank the items according to their relationships and importances. Finally we compare our method with Least Recently Used (LRU) and Least Frequently Used (LFU) Algorithms. Results show great performance of our approach.
