We know that nutrient timing is critical to gaining mass and those of us who are serious about our training follow some type of nutrient timing protocol. While bodybuilders have been following a 3-step nutrient timing approach for years (pre-exercise; during; and post-exercise) details of how to use this were not reported until 2004. It is crazy that it can take so long for some sporting bodies and organisations to discover the benefits of nutrient timing protocols that bodybuilders have been following for years.
