Approaches to managing change in libraries and information agencies

Abstract

This article explores the transformation of Dr. Li Huawei how to deal with the management of libraries and information agencies. In the course of the study, the author has used the refactoring changes in Bowman and Deere model as the theoretical foundation of this study.I set up the questionnaire, Dr. Li Huawei, e-mail interview. Dr. Li Huawei in the survey, the definition of change management, and answered with the use-related problems, he also expressed his views for change management. The results show that: Dr. Li Huawei uses a variety of methods to deal with all aspects of change management, change management, including IT, plans change, the development of change objectives and resolve change conflicts with the public and staff exchanges, meetings, and make changes in the decision and to evaluate changes in the process of change. The results of this study so that the library managers to reflect on the different ways and strategies of the library change management as well as help librarians better understand the diversification point of view of libraries and information agencies of change management.
