    Abstract

    This project aimed to critically investigate best practice initiatives in career development learning (CDL) for students from low socioeconomic (LSES) backgrounds and establish overriding principles to guide CDL provided to school students and non school-leavers across the sector to ensure consistent and meaningful education in this area. This literature review has been written by the core project team led by Kylie Austin and including Sarah O’Shea, Olivia Groves and Jodi Lamanna.
