Abstract

Three films will be presented - "The Unknown Man", "Together We Inspire and Create" and "Making of Shakespeare"- all co-created by residents with staff from St Catherine's Aged Care in Bathurst, surrounding aged care. The selection of these films exemplifies the relationship between creativity and innovation, where creativity is associated with ideas, and innovation is linked to implementation of ideas. Thus creativity informs innovation, and because something has been implemented, changes occur. Creativity for individuals and organizations can lead to a dramatic aspect of organizational change in which a deeper consciousness and understanding of self evolves.
