Abstract

This chapter calls attention to the ongoing colonization of Indigenous Australia. Australia has suffered many forms of colonization, referring to any illegal or legal action that breaks the spiritual ties of people with the land. This chapter is a step toward, and an invitation for, further theological engagement with Indigenous Australia and the spiritual significance of land as locus of meaning and belonging.
