Abstract

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Plan (MER Plan) details the activities that will be implemented under the MER Program for the Edward-Kolety-Wakool Selected Area. This MER Plan includes:

A description of the Selected Area including hydrological zones;
Overview of environmental watering options and water holdings in the Edward-Kolety-Wakool catchment;
Monitoring and research priorities, including contingency monitoring;
Monitoring indicator methods, evaluation and research;
Approach to integrating and evaluating research, including data collected under the Commonwealth Environmental Water Office’s Long-Term Intervention Monitoring Project (2014-19);
Summary of monitoring, evaluation and research activities, including schedule of key activities;
An engagement and communication plan;
Reporting outputs;
