Research output: Book chapter/Published conference paperChapter

Abstract

This chapter considers possibilities for human community within the context of Western Christianity. It argues tht a new form of monasticism provides one possibility for the renewal of social life. Such a community is undergired by a theology of God in society, face to face relations and the nurture of the virtues that make for respect and patient endurance
