Participants will be introduced to the concept of change, what changes have occurred throughout the pharmaceutical industry and at their own workplaces and why it is necessary to manage such change. Consulttion and the general role and function of consultative committees will be discussed by the participants, and more particularly, what the role of the Consultatitve Committee at their own workplace will be.
