Abstract

This manual has been designed to assist in consultative reform and development in the Australian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry. Research undertaken for the project in the industry has revealed that many workplaces either do not have effectively functioning consulttive mechanisms, such as consultative committees, or if they do have such a forum that if has little positive input or benefit to the workplace.
