Abstract

It was brought to the Publisher’s attention that the first sentence of this article contained an incorrect journal citation. The article by Gass et al. was cited as “(JAMA 39; 291–302)” where it should have been cited as “(CASW 39; 291–302)”. This has been corrected with this erratum.
