Abstract

Darwin's Babies is a 15 minute documentary produced in 2009 that included recreations of observations Charles Darwin made of his children. The project was shot in and around Junee, using the Monte Christo manor house as a primary location to recreate the Darwin house in Kent. The work was screened at the 2009 Cambridge University Darwin Festival and also at the Darwin's Cornicopia: Charles Darwin and the Humanities in Australia festival held in Melbourne in 2009.
