Abstract

The autism spectrum disorder and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder are neuro-development disorders. The provision of dental care for affected children can be challenging because they are often unsettled in the dental environment. The dentist frequently must make adjustments in clinic practice and use behavior management strategies to meet the special needs of the patients with these disorders.
