Abstract
Articles covered in this second issue show that there is something else matters
for the development of local-level people and their communities. It is employment,
work, income, water, food, informal support, families and communities, and their
environment and health that matters. Instead of engaging in some of the above
world-shaking events, why is the ‘Big Politics’ not engage in these practical
matters at the local community level, which have been neglected for so long?
