Abstract
I am pleased to present the second issue of the third volume on time. This is only
possible when authors, reviewers and SAGE production staff promptly attend to
their tasks in a coordinated manner. I am grateful to them.
While I was contemplating to write this editorial, I was amazed by the
scientific advancements and efforts made by human beings in discovering
vaccines for the coronavirus in a record time and their commitment to producing
and distributing it to all countries to save lives and to reduce the spread and
intensity of infection, though disparities exist in its rollout favouring rich
countries.
