Abstract
The article discusses various reports published within the issue, including one by Hutchins et al on the complexity of improving representation of indigenous childcare workers in the mainstream childcare workplace, one by Dockett et al on the concept of readiness for school as a relational construct, and one by Whitington on the experiences of those who take a pathway through diploma study at Tertiary and Further Education (TAFE).
