Abstract
This issue includes five articles, a perspective on poverty in Australia and two book reviews. As the journal has entered its fifth year, it is no longer a new journal now. It has been receiving good-quality articles from all over the world. With committed contributors, reviewers, readers and the SAGE production team, I am sure, the International Journal of Community and Social Development will continue to do well.
