In whichever work outfit he was, Balfour achieved the best outcome; his enthusiasm towards development ofscience is imminent. His profundity inmeticulously documenting his observationson diverse aspects of science, medicine, biology, agriculture, forestry, anthropology and astronomy is stunning.
