Abstract

This study investigated effects of game-play on elite under 20-year-old basketball players’ hamstring and adductor muscle forces during an anticipated cut task. These muscle forces decreased post-game in 40-80% of participants, which has been previously linked to destabilization of the knee and increasedinjury risk.
