Abstract

This proposal aims to develop and contribute towards an unhackable blockchain-based solution to the issue of academic record storage, sharing and verification; further, this proposal aims to ensure that user data security is the priority of this decentralised blockchain-based solution. Through the consideration of how blockchain technologies are offering many possibilities for advancement, the primary objective of this proposal is to identify how a framework could be developed to unify the gaps within the current research and to provide a method for implementing a highly secure and cryptographically focused implementation along with the use of zero-knowledge proof principles to ensure that users data would be highly protected.
