Abstract
The Equally Well workshop held in Adelaide, on 25 October 2017, was designed to consult with representatives from the National Mental Health Consumer and Carer Forum (NMHCCF) on Equally Well and seek their views on priority implementation actions and specific advice on the digital media communication strategy. There were 28 participants in the workshop including representatives of Mental Health Australia and Charles Sturt University. 22 participants were consumers or carers and 11 of these were on the National Register. The introductory presentation highlighted the high risk of premature death of people living with mental illness, and the development processes of the Equally Well National Consensus Statement.
