Abstract
This report provides an evaluation of the Tradeswomen CareersPlus program from 2021-2023.
CareersPlus aimed to link women, community organisations, educational partners, industry organisations, government contacts and inclusive employers within Victoria, to create career options for the benefit of industry, community and individuals.
The CareerPlus program evaluation strategy examined a number of key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on program processes and outcomes as well as assessing individual outcomes and evaluating the social impact of the program.
Drawing on a mixed methods approach the evaluation included online surveys of apprentices and employers, in-depth interviews, internal measures and metrics from monitoring data and case studies.
