Abstract

This evaluation report was commissioned by Centacare Wilcannia-Forbes to representa completion of the first funding period for the Communities for Children program in theDubbo region, for which it was the funded facilitating partner agency, and to capturewhat had been achieved and for what benefit to the communities, families, and childrenof Dubbo, Narromine and Wellington region. The evaluation is a retrospective look at aprogram that has already changed substantially, as the funding period had concludedwhen the evaluation report was commissioned in July 2009.
