N2 - We live in a diverse country, so I think ultimately we’re always going to have challenges with people reaching out to groups across the world with whom they feel they have an affinity and are supporting their cause in one way or another, whether the government approves or not. Similarly, we will always, as a result, also have a challenge with groups or even quasi-state actors reaching back into Canada to fund certain institutions or possibly even causes of which we might not be too enthusiastic.
