Abstract

This chapter deals with the issue of contextualising Christian theology in the North Molucca Islands in eastern Indonesia. It analyses and evaluates the attempts in these Islands to produce localised indigenous Christian theology, and concludes that these attempts have been largely successful from the viewpoint of the Nicene-Constantinopolitan creedal tradition.
