Abstract
Health operation centres, also known as command centres or integrated operations centres, are increasingly being adopted across healthcare organisations worldwide. These centralised hubs are designed to enhance coordination, streamline patient flow, and improve operational efficiency in complex healthcare environments. By integrating real-time data, interdisciplinary teams, and advanced analytics, command centres aim to address systemic challenges such as emergency department overcrowding, delayed discharges, and inefficient resource allocation.
