Abstract
Foundation Day is an annual celebration to recognise our past, acknowledge our beginnings and create awareness of who we are, what we value and where we are going. The Wagga Wagga City Council commissioned Andrew Hagan to create an original artwork that represents the importance that the creative industries play in Wagga currently and into future. 5-minutes of high-quality 8K fractal animation was produced exclusively for the 50m x 8m screen in making the Foundation Day program.
