Abstract
The article presents the authors arguments on the permissibility of cross-border armed intervention. The authors explain the consensus view on armed intervention. They also claim that the permissibility of armed intervention does not depend upon the consent of the intended beneficiaries. A discussion on the permissibility of assassinating state leaders who violate human rights.
