Abstract
Article 14 of the United Nation's Convention on the Rights of the Child declares, 'States Parties shall respect the right of the child to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.' In thispaper I will consider whether signatory nation-states may be in breach of this article by permitting religious groups to communicate the concept of Hell to children in a particular way.
