Abstract
Working in the challenging Pre Hospital Care environment one can ask the question 'How Reliable are NFR (Not for Resuscitation) Orders in our out of hospital environment? What are the challenges? What are the concerns and more importantly can Pre Hospital Care workers defend their action if they acknowledge NFR orders in their community and ambulance organisation?
