Abstract

This exhibition design was undertaken for PROOF: Media for Social Justice and the United Nations International School for their pilot "Picturing Justice" program, an educational program on photojournalism and social justice. The interpretive process of the design was modelled on a combination of critical hermeneutics and social semitic, multimodal analysis that is being explored in greater depth in the designer's PhD research project.
