    Abstract

Often teacher librarians design and run programs without building in an evidence-based practice (EBP) strategy to capture evidence of impact. This workshop will help you turn intuitive into informed practice by scaffolding an evidence-building process using the simple 4-step framework of Identify - Collect - Analyse - Advise to kickstart your journey as an evidence-based practitioner. Participants are encouraged to identify a couple of programs they could potentially explore in an evidence-building exercise in preparation for this workshop.
