Abstract
Join us in an interactive workshop, to develop your diagnostic x-ray skills. This workshop will provide attendees with knowledge of multiple radiography critique methods. Attendees will be taught to apply critique methods to common x-ray views, in particular positioning criteria. Critical thinking and evaluation strategies will allow attendees to assess an image as diagnostic or recognise when it should be repeated for enhanced patient care.
The event represents an opportunity to support students and graduates developing the key skills of determining if images are diagnostic, as well as provide lifelong learning to more experienced practitioners who may wish to refresh their justification of diagnostic images.
