Abstract

Community participation is a fundamental human right that fosters a sense of belonging and children’s development. To do this, professionals, including speech pathologists, work to build community capacity to increase opportunities for greater social participation for children with disabilities. Intervention focuses on supporting children and families within their natural environments and everyday activities.
