The next Crush event will take place in mid-2024 in Adelaide, South Australia. The Crush symposium is an opportunity for researchers, technical staff, academics and students to share the latest knowledge in grape and wine science in Australia. The symposium offers a unique networking opportunity and the potential to develop industry and research collaborations.
