Abstract

The International Animation Festival 2003 featured a celebrated collection of the world's finest animation. As co-director, producer and fund-raiser for the event, I organised the venue, technical duties and marketing for the evening. The festival premiered at the Wal Fife Theatre, Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga on Friday 5th September, 2003, and featured the Academy Award Winning 'The Chubb Chubbs' along with another 26 acclaimed animated works from students to major motion picture studios. The success of the event evolved into an annual screening exclusive to Wagga Wagga.
