For example, they need to have their own views and thoughts about the responses to some fundamental questions. What are the definitions of change and change management? What are types of change? What is the importance of change management in organizations including information organizations? What are the environments of change management and change management life cycle? What are a leader’s roles in leading and managing change? This chapter is focused on the responses to these questions.
