Abstract

A critical study of the place of James and Jude in the history and literature of Early Judaism and Early Christianity in the context of the history and literature of the Graeco-Roman world. A reading of these epistles in their complex contexts with attention to their relevance to life in the contemporary world and its specific issues and problems.
