Abstract

Little Scientists Australia is a not-for-profit initiative of FROEBEL Australia Limited (FROEBEL) designed to facilitate children’s natural curiosity for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in the early years through child-appropriate, fun and playful experiments and inquiry-based learning. The program is delivered by Little Scientists Australia, under the direction of FROEBEL.
FROEBEL have received funding from the Toyota Community Trust to deliver the Little Scientists program in two regional areas (Albury, NSW; and Wyndham, VIC) and conduct a three-year, concurrent evaluation of this delivery. In November 2019 FROEBEL engaged the services of Charles Sturt University to conduct this independent evaluation in 2020-2022.
