Abstract

A series of CMV-driven plasmid expression cassettes expressing phosphorylation site mutants in a heamaglutinin- (HA-)tagged version of the protein Progesterone Receptor Membrane Component 1 (UNIPROT O00264), were generated by stable transfection into MIA PaCa-2 cells (hereafter MP), to generate a series of MP (control), WT, DM and TM stable cell lines. We present here the entire genomic sequences of one of each MP, WT, DM and TM MIA PaCa2 cell lines after 30 passages.
