Abstract
This exhibition catalogue and critical essay locates the research methodology within the wider field of contemporary arts practice as part of my CSU-PhD creative practice as research candidature. The works, as contemporary hybrid drawing/embroidery contingent practices, challenge traditional visual narrative models investigating themes of damage and doubt in relation to recent questioning of dominant Australian early Colonial history.
