Abstract
The story of the monks of Tibhirine, Algeria is powerful and poignant. It is a reminder to us of the capacity of human beings to so enter into the lives of others that we are simultaneously drawn deeper into what the Prior of the Tibhirine monks, Christian de Cherge, referred to as the 'paschal light'.
