Out of bounds. Common diseases can flourish at school

Research output: Contribution to journalShort surveypeer-review

Abstract

When young people return to school, diseases often accompany them and flourish. Many parents will seek the help of their local pharmacists and their assistants to help address these problems. Understanding the likely conditions and being aware of their remedies or management will assist pharmacists and their staff to assist their patients and their parents, especially as patterns of disease are altered by factors such as changes to the vaccination schedule; development of new vaccines; variations in the weather and substantial population turnover.
