Abstract

Personality is a dynamic organization that underlies a person's characteristic ways of thinking, feeling. and behaving. The five-factor model has been widely used to conceptualize Big Five personality dimensions, which are associated with a variety of positive psychological characteristics, including well-being, psychological capital (HERO) resources, emotional intelligence, gratitude, self-compassion, grit, mindfulness, and character strengths. Personality traits are also linked to positive social influence that relate to effective persuasive communication strategies.
