Possible biomarker for botrytis: could the measurement of the fungal sterol ergosterol be the answer?

Research output: Contribution to specialist publicationArticle

Abstract

Researchers from the National Wine and Grape Industry Centre have attempted to find more accurate measures of contamination based on chemical measures of bunch composition.
