Abstract
Machine intelligence is the practice of designing computer systems to make intelligent decisions based on context rather than direct input. It is important to understand that machine intelligence relies on a huge volume of data. On the other hand, the emerging technology can be termed as a radically novel and relatively fast-growing technology characterized by a certain degree of coherence that persists over time and with the potential to exert a significant impact on the socio-economic domain which is observed in terms of the composition of actors, institutions, and patterns of interactions among those, as well as the associated knowledge production processes.
